Grand Itasca Foundation is a local non-profit organization founded in 1986 with the sole purpose of raising awareness and funds to better serve the health care needs of our community. Thanks to donors who believe in Grand Itasca's lifesaving work, Grand Itasca Foundation has awarded over $2 million in grants to fund numerous projects at Grand Itasca including digital mammography, cardiac rehab treadmill equipment, heated infusion chairs for cancer patients and wellness outreach for all ages. Grand itasca Foundation has also distributed over $73,000 in scholarships supporting traditional and non-traditional students pursuing an education in health science. Scholarships represent Grand Itasca's investment in our community's medical work force.
