In 2011, Grand Itasca achieved 100% in heart attack, surgical care improvement project (SCIP), outpatient chest pain and outpatient SCIP.
We are committed to keeping our patients safe and protected from harm. We have adopted the Joint Commission’s National Patient Safety Goals and have implemented evidence-based practices throughout the clinic and hospital to support patient safety.
