If you are referred to Allina Health System for advanced care, for example Minneapolis Heart Institute (MHI), your MHI care provider will use and update your same medical record.

A Community Forum will be held on Monday, July 23, 2012 - 5:30 at the Grand Rapids Area Library.  The forum will include a brief presentation on this exciting new technology as well as time to address any questions the community may have.
