I’ve always thought of myself as an active person who enjoys the outdoors. I grew up as an athlete and have transitioned my passion for sports into a career. I enjoy the field of Sports Medicine because I get to help others who share my interests and want to embrace an active lifestyle. It’s very rewarding for me to help patients get back to the activities they enjoy doing. I believe regular exercise is one of the single best things we all can do to improve and maintain our health.
