I was born and raised in International Falls, MN. I am married with two boys, and two dogs. I love to spend time outside with family: playing games, hunting, fishing, kayaking, etc. I love to read and travel in my spare time. I chose to become a physical therapist due to the experiences I had as a child with physical therapy. I take an evidence-based practice approach with all care provided.
