As a family nurse practitioner, I naturally gravitate toward women’s health. Time and again, I’ve met women who have more questions than answers about their own bodies—and I believe they deserve better. It’s my passion and commitment to make healthcare for women more approachable, supportive, and centered around truly listening to each individual’s experience. I want to help our mothers, sisters, friends, daughters, aunts, and grandmothers create personalized plans to optimize their well-being. My goal is to educate, explore solutions, and work together to help you feel empowered and supported in reaching your health goals.

My clinical focus includes sexual and reproductive health, preconception optimization, prenatal care, lactation and postpartum support, menopause management, pelvic floor health, urinary incontinence, and weight management. I’m passionate about helping women feel supported and confident in their health.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends—especially outdoors and, ideally, in the sunshine. Living in Minnesota means embracing all four seasons (even if they are not all created equal), and I truly appreciate what each one offers. I love downhill skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and I’ve recently started cross-country skiing. I also enjoy camping, hiking, boating, and golfing when the weather warms up. I’m happiest near water—whether it’s a river, lake, waterfall, or the ocean. Most recently, I’ve been exploring a new hobby: gardening. This year, I’m trying out a salsa garden and loving the process of growing something from the ground up.
