From a young age, I have been interested in science and how the body works. I enjoy using that knowledge to help guide people to improve their health. I chose family medicine in order to care for all ages and conditions. People of any identity or status should get great medical care. We have many medications available, but the more personal responsibility people take to eat well and exercise, the less those medications should be needed. Almost everyone can make some improvements, even if gradual. Now is the time to start on that path to improvement.. In my free time I enjoy biking, running, cross-country skiing, gardening, and cooking.
