I enjoy the full range of medicine from preventive to emergency medicine, along with connecting with and helping people. The most effective medicine is usually preventive, but sometimes life gets in the way and we need some emergent care. I particularly enjoy emergency medicine’s environment of working to solve a wide variety of problems, often in times of great need. Everyone is unique and one of my goals is to meet people where they are at to help optimize their health and quality of life. As a former engineer, integrating medical technologies to improve healthcare is also an interest of mine. In my free time, you’ll typically find me enjoying the outdoors biking, Nordic skiing, running, traveling; and cooking/baking.
